Website launched!

Nowadays, a band without a website can hardly be called a band. Behind the scenes, in the past few weeks, the Daybroke band members have worked hard to promote themselves to be a “real band”. Inz & Uitz – Omroep Brabant

Wednesday March 18th, Omroep Brabant will broadcast the Daybroke interview with Eefje Wentelteefje and Ferry van de Zaande along with some live footage from the Paradiso aftershow, in the tv show Inz & Uitz as well as online. Be sure to tune in!

I can’t remember having such an exciting, wonderful Monday as we had yesterday; a memorable March 2nd, 2009!
It started all out really early.. In the morning, Omroep Brabant’s stars Eefje Wentelteefje and Ferry van de Zaande visited us in the studio for a TV item. Read (and watch!) all about it in the previous blog post.
In the afternoon we left, heading for world-famous historic venue Paradiso Amsterdam together with tour manager / driver Masco and today’s promotion girls Merle and Jelena. Masco’s van was fully loaded with backline, video cameras and all necessities to transform a stage into a real Daybroke-stage (like band members and appendages and a backdrop). More >
Ferry & Eefje do Daybroke!

Yesterday morning I quickly went to Tom’s studio where we were about to be interviewed by Ferry van de Zaande and Eefje Wentelteefje for the television-show “Inz & Uitz”, broadcasted by Omroep Brabant.
After several cups of coffee, a quick make-over of the studio’s recording room and the placement of light-, sound- & camera-equipment our reality existed of the three of us being interviewed by two marvelous puppets who were asking questions about the what, where, why and hows of our band Daybroke.
